Privacy policy

Who we are

T & A Gallery is operated by Tandagallery (admin@tandagallery.com). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

Account data

  • Email address and password (or Google sign-in identifier) — used to identify your account and send essential account messages.
  • Username, display name, bio, and avatar URL — public profile fields that you control on the settings page.

Content

We store videos you upload and the metadata you supply (title, description, tags, visibility setting). Public videos appear in the site grid and can be watched by anyone, including unauthenticated visitors. Private videos are only accessible to you and the site administrator.

Visitor and viewing telemetry

We log information about every video view and page visit, including:

  • A salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (we do not retain your raw IP after request handling).
  • Browser user-agent and referrer.
  • The video watched and approximate watch time.
  • An anonymous visitor session ID stored in a cookie.
  • If you are signed in, your account ID is associated with the view.

This data is used to count views, detect abuse, surface popular content, and provide moderation tooling. Hashed IPs may be retained indefinitely. We do not sell this data.

Cookies

  • Auth session cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in.
  • A visitor session cookie (tg_visitor) used to correlate your visits across pages.
  • A local-storage flag for the 18+ age confirmation.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising. We process data through:

  • Supabase (authentication and database hosting in the United States).
  • Cloudflare R2 (object storage for video files).
  • Vercel (web hosting and edge network).
  • Railway (background processing for video transcoding).

Your choices

  • Edit or delete your account from the settings page. Account deletion removes your profile, uploads, favorites, and view history.
  • Toggle whether your favorites are visible on your public profile.
  • Set per-video visibility to private to limit access.
