18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping compliance statement

T & A Gallery (the "Site") is a user-generated content platform. With respect to all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on the Site:

1. The Site is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content on the Site, and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75.
2. The Site is a hosting provider that allows users to upload and share content. Users who upload content represent and warrant that all performers depicted in the content were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the content was created and that they have all required records.
3. Users uploading sexually explicit content are responsible for their own §2257 record-keeping obligations as the producers of such content.
